Why white ink?

White ink allows you print on the most vibrant and strong coloured boards giving a distinct look. For example GF Smith crimson red with white ink really stands out on a display.  White can also be used to create an ‘undercoat’ layer on coloured boards allowing full colour images to be printed over the top without the light areas showing the colour of the base board.
